Brian Tessoff has worked at multiple companies in various roles throughout their career.

Brian started at Gongos, Inc. in 2002, where they served as a Help Desk Intern from February 2002 to April 2005. Brian then transitioned to the role of Programmer/Data Analyst from April 2005 to June 2006.

In 2006, Brian joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a Desktop Support Technician. During their time there, they provided support for over 3000 employees, tracked and documented help desk requests, and managed employee onboarding and termination processes. Brian was later promoted to support C-suite executives and played a role in the Windows XP to Windows 7 migration.

In 2008, Brian returned to Gongos, Inc. as a System Administrator. Over the years, they held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Desktop Support Analyst and Service Desk Manager. In these positions, they provided support for 150 employees, tracked help desk requests, and led a Windows 7 to 10 migration project.

In 2014, Brian took a break from the corporate world and became the owner of "And the Cherry on Top," a party equipment rental company. During their ownership, they maintained a customer base by providing excellent customer service and managing the company's equipment.

Most recently, in 2020, Brian joined JumpCloud as a Customer Success Engineer. No end date is provided for this role.

Brian Tessoff attended Eastern Michigan University from 1999 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems.
