Daniel Howard

Daniel Howard has a diverse work experience in software engineering and customer service roles. Daniel is currently working as a Software Engineer at JumpCloud since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Helium 10 from October 2020 to May 2021 and at Prestozon from December 2019 to October 2020. Daniel has also worked as a Full-stack Developer at Tata Consultancy Services from December 2018 to December 2019. Daniel started their career by attending Fullstack Academy of Code as a student in Fullstack Software Engineering from January 2018 to July 2018. Daniel also has experience in operations and customer service roles, including being an Operations Associate at Marginal Revolution University from November 2017 to March 2018 and a Customer Service Coordinator at Cooperative Cleaning of New York from February 2016 to November 2017. Their earliest work experience was as a Customer Service Writer at UncommonGoods from November 2015 to January 2016.

Daniel Howard attended Brooklyn College from 2007 to 2011, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In 2018, they attended Fullstack Academy and completed a graduate program in Software Engineering Immersive. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained certifications as a Triplebyte Certified Generalist Software Engineer from Triplebyte in November 2020, and a Cambridge CELTA certification from St. Giles International in August 2013.
