Jane Kim

Jane Kim has a diverse range of work experience in the field of UX research. Jane is currently working at JumpCloud as a UX Researcher II, starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they were a UX Research Coordinator at JumpCloud starting in May 2021.

Before their time at JumpCloud, Jane worked at VALUENEX as a UX Researcher & Designer from November 2020 to May 2021. Jane also had a previous role as a UX Researcher & Designer Intern at VALUENEX from July 2020 to November 2020.

In addition to their industry experience, Jane has interned at Amherst College in various roles. Jane was a Research & Instruction UX Research Intern from May 2020 to June 2020, an Office of Communications UX Research Intern from October 2019 to March 2020, and a Teaching Assistant in the Computer Science Department from September 2018 to December 2018. Jane also held a Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship Internship in the Computer Science Department from June 2018 to July 2018.

Jane Kim attended Amherst College from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. In August 2021, they also obtained the JumpCloud Core Certification from JumpCloud.
