Katy Flatau has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Katy is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at JumpCloud, where they have been since May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of People Attraction at JumpCloud from June 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining JumpCloud, Katy worked as an Executive Coach focused on career strategy at Infinite Crossroads/Mindful-U, LLC since 2010. As a Certified Professional Coach, they provided individual and group career coaching to help clients define and achieve their career objectives.

From 2018 to 2020, Katy worked at 4 Point Consulting as an Associate Principal, Talent & People. In this role, they supported growing companies in upgrading their resources and scaling their businesses, as well as refining their recruiting processes. Katy also worked as a Senior Consultant at 4 Point Consulting from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for talent management, including recruitment, screening, development, and onboarding.

Earlier in their career, Katy held positions at Nielsen and Arbitron Inc. (now Nielsen). At Nielsen, they served as a Manager/Senior Account Manager in the Midwest region. Katy was responsible for coaching salespeople, hiring and onboarding staff, and managing new business acquisition and customer renewals. At Arbitron Inc., they worked as a Southeast Account Manager.

Katy's career started at Time Warner Cable, where they worked as a Research Director from 1999 to 2002.

Throughout their career, Katy has gained valuable experience in talent acquisition, coaching, consulting, and sales management. Katy has worked with diverse clients and has a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes.

Katy Flatau's education history is as follows:

From 1996 to 1999, they attended the University of Minnesota where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. Katy'semphasis was in Advertising, and they also pursued a minor in History during their time at the university.

In 2008, they enrolled in IPEC and completed a certification program, earning a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPC) designation. Katy studied at IPEC from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their educational background, Katy Flatau has obtained additional certifications. In February 2019, they earned the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. Previously, in September 2010, they obtained the Certified Professional Coach (CPC) certification from iPEC Coaching.
