Mario Amato

Mario Amato has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Mario is currently working at JumpCloud as a Staff Software Engineer, where they serve as the technical team lead for the cloud directory automated lifecycle. Their main focus is working with NodeJS, golang, and Vue. Prior to their current role, Mario worked at LogRhythm for six years, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and later taking on the additional responsibilities of a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). At LogRhythm, they developed in C# and C++ and served as a scrum master and technical lead. Before that, Mario was the Director of Image Engineering at Markit, where they led a team that specialized in programmatic visualization and document creation for the financial industry. Mario also worked at Wall Street On Demand as a Software Maestro and Software Engineer, where they led the development of a calendar meeting management application and worked on client projects and core application maintenance. Mario began their career at Level 3 Communications as an Engineer, specializing in B2B processing and custom business logic.

Mario Amato attended Colorado State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees. Mario earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Applied Mathematics and also a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science.
