Michael Solano Fallas has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 13 years. Michael currently works at JumpCloud as a Customer Success Engineer since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Concentrix as a NetApp Technical Support Engineer from October 2018 to June 2019. Before Concentrix, they worked at Amazon as a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal contract period of 3 months in 2018. In 2011, they held the role of Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist at CEMACO, where they were involved in various IT projects. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Network Administrator at Montecillos, where they provided support for the company's data network and server management. Michael also worked briefly as a Technical Support Representative at Proyectica in 2007.

Michael Solano Fallas 🇨🇷 has a diverse education history. Michael began their studies in 1995 at Instituto Superior Julio Acosta García, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Higher Education in 1999. In 2000, they enrolled in Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica as a student, focusing on Computer Engineering until 2003.

Following this, Michael pursued various specialized certifications and degrees. In 2005 and 2006, they attended Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje and earned a Specialized Technician degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Michael also enrolled in and completed the Cisco Networking Academy from 2007 to 2019, earning a Cisco Certified Network Associate degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager.

Parallel to their work, Michael obtained an Associate's degree in Customer Service Support/Call Center/Teleservice Operation from Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje between 2018 and 2019. Additionally, they have been a student of Computer Engineering at Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica since 2008 and will complete their studies in 2022.

Michael has a strong commitment to continuous learning and has obtained various certifications in different areas. These include the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco Networking Academy in 2019 and 2020, the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from PeopleCert in 2018, and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from Mapo Consultores in 2017.

Michael also holds certifications from various other institutions, such as JumpCloud, VMware, 6SIGMAstudy, Epygi Technologies, and Oracle, covering subjects like network security, cloud infrastructure, and project management. Their certifications reflect a broad range of skills and knowledge in the field of computer engineering.
