Neal Hardesty

Neal Hardesty is a seasoned data engineer and infrastructure architect, currently serving as Principal Data Engineer at JumpCloud since December 2022. With extensive experience in the tech industry, Neal's previous roles include Infrastructure Architect and Data Architect at Crunchbase from 2015 to December 2022, and Principal Member of Technical Staff in R&D at Salesforce from August 2012 to November 2015, where leadership was provided for UI Services/UI SDK/3Tier Architecture teams. Additional expertise includes serving as Lead Software Engineer at BetterWorks, where systems infrastructure and site security were revamped, and positions at MySpace, GreenDot Corporation, Los Angeles Times, Knowledge Factor, and Excite@Home, showcasing a strong background in software design and architecture. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
