Nick H.

Nick H. has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Campus Staff at The Navigators. In 2012, they worked as a Staff at the U.S. House of Representatives before joining SpotX (now part of Magnite) in 2012. At SpotX, they held multiple roles, including Yield Analyst, Manager of Business Analytics, Director of Customer Education, and Human Resources Business Partner. During their time at SpotX, Nick developed SpotX University, a customer-facing learning management system, and led the launch of the company's first Business Analytics department. Nick joined Magnite in 2021 as a Leadership Development Manager and later transitioned to JumpCloud in 2021. At JumpCloud, Nick has held the roles of People Partner and Senior People Partner.

Nick H. is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Denver. Nick is expected to complete their studies in 2023. Prior to this, Nick obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.

In addition to their formal education, Nick has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. These certifications include the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, the Pragmatic Marketing Certification from Pragmatic Institute, the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
