Nour Shamaa

Nour Shamaa has gained extensive work experience in the field of technology and IT. Currently, Nour holds the position of Senior DevOps Engineer at JumpCloud since September 2022. Prior to this, Nour worked as a DevOps Engineer at CME from July 2021 to September 2022. Before joining CME, Nour served as a Linux System Administrator at FOO, where they initially started as a Junior Linux System Administrator in October 2019 and later transitioned to the role of Linux System Administrator from March 2021 to July 2021. Nour also worked as an IT Officer at the Lebanese Red Cross from July 2018 to October 2019. Furthermore, Nour's career began as a Technical Support Representative at IDM / Cyberia, where they worked from September 2014 to August 2018.

Nour Shamaa has an education history that includes earning a Bachelor of Science in ICT from the American University of Science and Technology, which they attended from 2014 to 2019. Nour also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in English from the University of Michigan, achieved in December 2017. Furthermore, Nour Shamaa has recently acquired the certifications AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in September 2022, CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator and Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation, obtained in July 2022, and HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate from HashiCorp, obtained in December 2021. Additionally, they have certifications such as LPI-101 from the Linux Professional Institute achieved in September 2018, and ICND1 (Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1) and LPI (Basic Skills for Linux Professionals) for which the obtained months and years are not specified.
