Parul Dubey

Parul Dubey has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Parul currently holds the position of Senior Recruiter at JumpCloud, starting in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini as a Recruiter from February 2017 to June 2021. Parul also gained experience at Abacus Service Corporation as a Recruiter from March 2016 to May 2016. Parul served as Deputy Manager at IGATE from August 2006 to August 2013, and as an HR Executive at Microland Ltd from November 2004 to August 2006. Parul began their career as a Junior Consultant Recruitment at BTI Consultants in June 2004, and later worked as a Recruitment Consultant at CONNEXIONS from September 2003 to April 2004.

Parul Dubey completed their MBA in Human Resources from the Institute for Technology and Management from 2001 to 2003. Parul also pursued an online course from ESSEC Business School and obtained a degree in B Sc. with a focus on Science from Sophia College, Ajmer. In addition, Parul Dubey received the certification for "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in September 2020.
