Ryan Casperson has over nine years of work experience, starting in 2011 as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician at RAM Computers. Ryan then worked as a Music Teacher at Needham Public Schools in 2014 and as a Private Voice Instructor in 2015. In 2016, Ryan joined Rackspace, the #1 managed cloud company, as a Software Developer In Test and worked there until 2019. Since 2019, they have been with JumpCloud, starting as a Software Development Engineer in Test and later becoming a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test.
Ryan Casperson obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance and Music Education from the University of Rhode Island in the period from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued further education at the Manhattan School of Music from 2014 to 2015, where they completed a Master of Music degree in Voice and Opera. In addition to their music education, Ryan Casperson obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2021.
