Sean Gill has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as an Ambassador for Teach First, where they completed the Teach First Leadership Development Program and taught maths for two years in an underprivileged school. At Teach First, their responsibilities included planning and delivering lessons, as well as marking and giving feedback to students' work.

In 2018, Sean joined DueDil, a technology company that provides insights on businesses and their people. Finally, they served as an Enterprise Account Manager, managing business relationships and delivering DueDil's services to various companies.
