Steve Zazeski

Steve Zazeski has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Steve is currently working as a Software Engineer 2 at JumpCloud, where they are a part of the devices team responsible for building and maintaining the agents that secure devices globally. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Pixo (On the Job Consulting, Inc.) for almost 8 years, where they contributed to building cutting-edge, maintainable software with a focus on user experience. Steve also has experience as a Web Application Development Specialist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they developed and maintained a large number of websites using various content management systems. Before that, they co-founded and worked as the Lead Developer at Core MicroNetworks Inc., and as a Web Developer at Proforma ProMediAspire. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an IT Intern at Grundy Area Vocational Center, where they managed the IT infrastructure and provided technical support. Steve also worked as a Technical Production staff member at The Daily Illini, where they were responsible for setting up page layouts and proofing content for the newspaper. Overall, Steve Zazeski has a well-rounded background in software engineering, web development, and IT support.

Steve Zazeski attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2006 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering. During their time there, they obtained a strong foundation in the field. In addition to their degree, Steve Zazeski has also obtained additional certifications. In October 2020, they received the AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). More recently, in April 2022, they completed the JumpCloud Core Certification from JumpCloud. These certifications showcase their expertise and dedication to expanding their knowledge and skills in the technology industry.
