Subha Sriram

Subha Sriram has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Beginning in 1998, Sriram worked as a Member of Technical Staff at The D. E. Shaw Group for a year. After that, they joined ThoughtWorks as a Lead Consultant and served in that role for 13 years. In 2012, Sriram transitioned to Table XI as a Delivery Principal until 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Sriram worked as the Director of Product at ReviewTrackers. Sriram then joined SPR as a Practice Advisor for the Business Analyst/Product Owner Practice for a year. In 2018, Sriram joined Ascent as the VP of Product, and later became the Vice President of Customer Success starting in 2019. At Ascent, some of their responsibilities included establishing customer support practices, improving customer experience, and implementing product improvements. Currently, Sriram is engaged with JumpCloud, where they first served as the Principal Product Manager in early 2021 and then became the Director of Product Management later in the year.

Subha Sriram has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Meenakshi College. They also have a GNIIT degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from the National Institute of Information Technology. Furthermore, Subha Sriram holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications with a specialization in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. Additionally, they have obtained the Sales Assembly AM/Client Success Professional Certification Program from Sales Assembly in October 2020.
