Tyler Karian

Tyler Karian has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Dr. Comfort, where they assisted health clinic professionals with orders and inquiries about diabetic shoes and inserts. In 2013, they became a Marketing/Accounting Intern at Software Expressions Inc., handling invoicing, accounts receivable, and market research. During the same year, they served as the Eminent Treasurer for Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, managing a substantial annual budget and helping the chapter win the National Chapter of the Year Award.

In 2014, Tyler worked as a NASA Undergraduate Research Fellow at CIERA, where they conducted testing and documentation for magnetic smart materials. Tyler then became a Physics Research Assistant at Northwestern University's NASA Mirror Project in 2015, focusing on the manufacturing and testing of X-Ray optics. At Qualtrics, where they started in 2015, Tyler held various roles, including Product Analyst and Operations Analyst & Enterprise Support Team Lead. Tyler played a crucial role in implementing strategic projects, scaling processes, and mentoring team members. Notably, they stood up the Digital Support Experience team and led the creation of a new online resource for customers. Tyler also led a cross-departmental workshop and set up continuous improvement processes.

Tyler's most recent position is as a Strategic Program Manager at JumpCloud, which they began in 2021.
