Neta Klein

Neta Klein is a Career Program Manager at Jumpin and the Co-Founder of FloWell_play, a venture focused on serious play methodologies. They have a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Ruppin Academic Center and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, and Conflict Resolution from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Neta's experience includes working as a Teacher and Youth Worker at Orr Shalom for Children and Youth at Risk, where they supported at-risk adolescents, and serving as an Instructor and Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. They also developed teaching programs and conducted recruitment for the Keren Karev foundation, further demonstrating their commitment to education and youth development.
