Eric Long

Eric Long is an experienced software professional with a strong background in developing and implementing innovative technology solutions. Currently serving as the VP of Solutions at JumpMind, Inc., since January 2009, Eric is responsible for software development and product solutions utilizing open source technologies, notably enhancing the SymmetricDS database replication software. Previously, Eric held software development roles at Abercrombie & Fitch, Big Lots, Inc., Sterling Commerce, and SARK Inc, where responsibilities included designing web applications, customizing point of sale systems, and leading enterprise Java initiatives. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Analysis and Computer Information Systems from Miami University, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
