Mitchell Ruffing

Mitchell Ruffing is a Software Engineer at Jumpmind, with experience in developing complex software solutions since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mitchell served as a Laser Optics Lab Manager at Azimuth Corporation, where skills in LabVIEW and parallel processing were utilized to enhance crystal-fiber diameter estimation. Between January 2017 and August 2020, at The Ohio State University, Mitchell contributed as a Research Assistant supporting non-linear optics experiments and integrating technology such as MID-IR thermal cameras, alongside serving as a Flipped and Flexible Student Assistant for Calculus 1 & 2, providing academic support for online students. Earlier experience includes a role as a Banquet Server at Scioto Reserve Country Club. Mitchell holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics with a sub-specialization in Computer Science and Engineering from The Ohio State University, obtained in 2020.
