Jordan Luftig

Jordan brings his expertise as an integral futurist and transformative facilitator with extensive experience in philanthropy and nonprofits, social entrepreneurship, and higher education to his Senior Advisor role with JumpScale. He thrives as a thought partner to visionary leaders, teams and networks engaged in—and connecting the dots between—deep inner work and projects to create flourishing human communities and natural ecosystems.

Jordan has taught graduate level courses in holistic approaches to coaching, psychology, politics, and philosophy; and published articles on diverse topics, including the power of play, narrative strategy in social movements, and integrative thinking in business. Between 2008 and 2015, he co-organized four editions of the preeminent international conference for integral scholars and professionals. In the civic arena he has advanced grassroots movements for social justice and a new economy through positions with the Foundation for Sustainable Development and the Business Alliance for Local Living Economies; and he directed the grant making program of MetaIntegral Foundation, funding projects in democracy reform, education reform, performing arts, homeless services, and in-prison rehabilitation. In Silicon Valley, Jordan has managed the office of the blockchain venture capital firm Ausum Ventures and was a founding partner of the multifamily office UMANA.

Jordan’s latest endeavor is Kinship Blooms, a consultancy and institute dedicated to cultivating regenerative, equitable futures for all. Jordan is an Integral Master Coach. He holds a Master of Arts in Integral Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University. He is a founding member of the Guild of Future Architects.
