Oded Weiss is the Co-Founder & CEO of Jump Start, specializing in recruitment for start-ups and Hi-Tech companies. With a strong knowledge of the local tech scene and excellent interpersonal skills, Oded leads a full professional cycle of the recruitment process. Oded is currently working as the VP of Human Resources at Truecaller via Jump Start and has held various HRBP positions at companies such as Volumez, Panjaya.ai, OpenEyes, Duve, Divani Center, harmon.ie, and Equitybee. Oded holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Ono Academic College.
