Michele Hicks

Michele Hicks, SPHR, CBC, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Mindful, where significant growth of 53.4% has been achieved since January 2017. Prior to this, Michele was the President of Lighthouse HR Group, focusing on HR solutions for SMBs across various industries from August 2013 to October 2017. Michele also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at John Carroll University, Notre Dame College, and Bryant and Stratton College, teaching various subjects related to management and human resources. Earlier roles include Human Resource Manager at PAI, LLC, and HR Generalist positions at Paychex and Ohio Technical College, where Michele oversaw HR operations and compliance for substantial employee bases. Michele holds an MBA and MHRM from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BSTM in Human Resources from DeVry University.
