Clare Mullen

Clare Mullen is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Scan.com since February 2022, with previous roles as Global VP of People and Head of People and Talent via BetaHR Limited. Clare is also a member of the Forbes HR Council and acts as a mentor at Jumpstart. Clare founded and directed BetaHR, a consultancy that supported early-stage founders, until its closure in July 2024. Clare's prior roles include leading people and talent initiatives at multiple organizations, including Vira Health, Satellite Vu, Roam, Harper, Jude, and Alva. Clare holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of Aberdeen, obtained in 2002.
