Eric Stepansky is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in commercial leadership, business development, and consulting within the health tech and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial at Junction (formerly Vital), Stepansky leads product and engineering efforts to integrate health data from various sources. As the Founder of the Eric Stepansky Group, Stepansky provides strategic revenue consulting to early-stage companies. Previous roles include leading business development and growth initiatives at Ro and Workpath, as well as key positions at Particle Health, Hydrogen, and SirenMD. Stepansky's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from co-founding CampusBreeze. Educational achievements include a JD and MBA from the University of Miami, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics and Political Science.
