Robert Eppig is an experienced professional with a background in software development and agile coaching. Eppig began a career in software development at B&J Computerdesign GmbH from January 1991 to January 1994, followed by a role at IBZ Digital Production AG from February 1994 to September 1995. Eppig transitioned to a leadership position at Amadeus in October 1996, where responsibilities included project management and software development until February 2012. Eppig further advanced into a management role at Amadeus IT Group from February 2012 to February 2016, focusing on agile coaching, transformation, and IT architecture. Following this, Eppig served as an agile coach at KfW from March 2021 to March 2024 and at BearingPoint from April 2024 to January 2025.
