John Du

John Du is a partner at Jun John Law Offices, where they focus on US-China cross-border transactions, foreign direct investment, and intellectual property protection and enforcement in China. Since joining the firm in 2001, John has represented diverse clients and gained extensive experience in technology licensing. They graduated cum laude with a JD in Corporate and International Law from New York Law School and hold a BA from the University of International Relations, as well as an MA from Beijing Foreign Studies University. Previously, John served as co-chair of programs on Doing Business in China and Doing Business in BRICs at PLI from 2008 to 2013.
