Lixin Cui

Lixin Cui is a corporate and M&A lawyer who has represented multinational companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and domestic businesses in investment and business transactions across diverse industries. They joined Jun Lixin in 1993, became a partner in 1998, and contributed to the firm's management team in 2013 and 2014. Lixin Cui has extensive experience in corporate restructuring, financing, and overseas public offerings, and previously served as a visiting attorney at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and a foreign scholar and student advisor at Peking University. Lixin Cui earned a Bachelor of Law degree from Peking University in 1987.
