Roy Sun

Roy Sun is a partner at JunRoy LLP, where they have worked since 2006. They served as the Acting General Counsel at BlueScope from 2011 to 2012 and held the position of Public Officer at the Shanghai Public Security Bureau from 2005 to 2006. Currently, Roy is an adjunct LL.M. tutor at both Fudan University and East China University of Political Science and Law, while also being a member of the M&A Practice Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association since 2019. They are pursuing an EMBA at the China Europe International Business School and hold multiple law degrees, including a Master of Laws from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Doctor of Law from Fudan University.
