Jurate R. has been working in the compliance and risk management field since 2016. Jurate began their career at Mizuho as an AML Compliance Officer and Risk Analyst in 2016. In 2020, they moved to Ebury as a Compliance Officer & MLRO - NL. Currently, they are a Compliance Manager & Deputy MLRO - EU at Juni since 2022.

Jurate R. has a diverse educational background. Jurate participated in exchange studies in Law at KU Leuven, then obtained a Master of Laws - LLM in International and European Business Law at Université Savoie Mont Blanc. Jurate also obtained a Master of Laws - LLM in International and European Business Law and a Bachelor of Laws - LLB at Mykolas Romeris University. Additionally, Jurate R. has obtained a Digital Leadership certification from Growth Tribe in June 2022 and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification from ACAMS in February 2020.
