Junion Therapeutics was founded in Singapore in 2020 by medical materials experts from the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University. Today, it has brought together dozens of top-tier professionals from Singapore, China, the United States, and other regions worldwide.

The company focuses on fundamental research and process innovation in biomedical polymer materials, and, through its patented drug-device combination technologies, is reshaping existing treatment paradigms for chronic diseases. With a strong emphasis on major chronic diseases with unmet clinical needs—including obesity, diabetes, neurological disorders, and cardiovascular diseases—Junion integrates cutting-edge advancements across pharmacy, materials science, biology, and engineering to develop transformative pharmaceutical products and therapies.

Aspiring to become a high-tech enterprise that unites research, development, production, and commercialization, the company advances R&D through its “discipline integration – technology platforms – patented products” model. To date, Junion Therapeutics has established multiple technology platforms and has deployed innovative products across Singapore, China, the United States, and beyond.
