Eugenia Bergantz is a General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer with over 10 years of experience in the global SaaS, AI, and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Fractional General Counsel at both Junior and Cascade AI, Eugenia previously held significant roles at Druva, where they implemented IPO-ready controls and built a lean legal department, and at SnapLogic, where they enhanced risk management and compliance processes. Eugenia has been recognized for achievements such as reducing legal costs, increasing deal velocity, and developing comprehensive global compliance programs. Eugenia earned a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
