Joel Wegner is the CEO and Co-founder of Juniper, where they have successfully bootstrapped the company to over $125 million in lifetime revenue since its inception in 2016. Prior to Juniper, Joel co-founded GrooveDish, an app designed to customize restaurant menus for dietary restrictions, leading the company from 2013 to 2016. They were also selected as one of the top 3% of applicants for The Next 36 program in 2016. Joel's career began at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they served as a Store Development Consultant from 2007 to 2013. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Alberta.
