Max Bacon is the COO and Co-Founder of Juniper, an innovative reproductive healthcare insurance provider, since December 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Lead for London and holding various roles at DrDoctor from June 2021 to December 2023. Max spent several years at GE Healthcare Partners as a Management Consultant from August 2018 to June 2021 and began the career as a Supplier Development Engineer at POLFAB UK LIMITED. Additional roles included Management Consultant at JAMES BURWOOD LTD and Manufacturing Engineer at Cummins Power Systems. Max holds a degree in Automotive Engineering with Off Road Vehicle Design and Mechanical Engineering from Harper Adams University and completed coursework in Managerial Accounting and Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science. Educational background includes GCSEs and A Levels from The King’s School Ely.
