Tom McMorrin is an experienced professional in the insurance sector, currently serving as the Head of Insurance at Juniper since October 2024, where responsibilities include launching and scaling insurance products. Prior to this role, Tom was with Zego from February 2022 to October 2024, holding multiple titles including Insurance Product & Strategy Lead and contributing to the development and optimization of the direct-to-consumer product suite. From October 2017 to February 2022, Tom worked at Yellow Jersey as Head of Product, overseeing a diverse range of insurance products and services, along with managing a commercial insurance initiative for the cycle trade as a Business Development Manager. Earlier roles include serving as a Casualty Reinsurance Broker at Willis Re and a Business Development Executive at easyCar. Tom holds an ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute, a Master's degree in Translation, and a Bachelor's degree in French and Spanish from the University of Exeter.
