Dan Rothenberg

Dan Rothenberg serves as the Head of Legal and Sr. Commercial Counsel at Juniper Square, where leadership is provided for the commercial contracting function and best practices for sales and procurement contracts are established. Rothenberg is also a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive community for Deputy General Counsels to exchange knowledge. Prior experiences include serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Quest Software and One Identity, where responsibilities included leading North America contracts and negotiating various agreements. Rothenberg's career began with roles in legal firms and as a legal extern, culminating in a J.D. cum laude from DePaul University College of Law and a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego.
