Jonathan Charny

Jonathan Charny is the current Director of Solutions Engineering at Juniper Square. Jonathan has over 10 years of experience in various positions in the real estate and technology industries.

Jonathan began their career as a research assistant at McCloskey Cognitive Neuroscience Lab, where they researched the ways humans represent letter order in the spelling of written and spoken words. Jonathan then interned at Solarflare Communications in the department of validation. There, they were responsible for database maintenance and technical writing for Solarflare 10GBASE-T products. Jonathan also designed and built a portable cable farm.

In January 2011, Jonathan joined W. P. Carey Inc. as Vice President of Asset Management. In this role, they managed a $1B real estate portfolio (12M sq. ft. across 24 U.S. states) owned by W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) and its managed, non-traded REIT funds.

In their current position at Juniper Square, Jonathan is responsible for leading the engineering team that builds and maintains the company’s software products. Jonathan is also responsible for managing customer relationships and working with the sales team to identify new opportunities for Juniper Square’s products.

Jonathan Charny graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a BA in Cognitive Science.
