Lillian Jia is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and product design. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Juniper Square since December 2021, Lillian previously held the position of UX Lead at Amazon, where responsibilities included leading UX and research initiatives for Amazon Connections and the AWS DynamoDB console. Earlier experience includes leading the design practice at Mitre Media, contributing to the development of the Propelor portfolio management software, and working on ecobee's SmartBuildings product as a UX/UI Designer. Lillian's career began with roles as a designer and intern across several companies, including National Equicom, Bang Albino Communications, and McCann Worldgroup, focusing on various design projects from print to digital.
