Melissa Miller

Melissa Miller began their work experience in 1989 at CNA Insurance, where they completed a 2-year Management Development program and held various leadership roles within Accounting and Statutory Reporting until 1997. Following that, they joined Kellogg Company in 1998 and held various roles within Financial Planning and Reporting until 2007. From 2007 to 2011, they served as the Director of Finance for Snacks Sales Finance at Kellogg Company, where they guided the financial performance and cost optimization for trade spend and sales overhead. From 2008 to 2011, they also served as the Director of Finance for Snacks Supply Chain, where they directed operations profit and loss analysis and cost optimization. From 2011 to 2012, they served as the Senior Manager of Finance for Frozen Foods at Kellogg Company, analyzing financial performance and cost optimization for in-market spending. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Director of Finance for Region Accounts at Kellogg Company, leading a multi-location Region Sales Finance team. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Director of Finance for KUSA Retail Sales, where they directed financial planning, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives. From 2015 to 2018, they served as the Director of Business Management and Sales Planning, leading data analytics for the Frozen Foods Business Unit. Finally, since 2019, Melissa has been serving as the Chief Financial Officer at JUNKLESS® Foods Inc.

Melissa Miller has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Saint Mary's College. Melissa also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant, having passed the CPA Exam in the state of Illinois.
