Jonas Leismann has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jonas began their career as a Senior Key Account Manager at adm - Agentur für Direktmarketing in 1999 and held this role until September 2010. Jonas then joined avocis Gruppe as Geschäftsführer from October 2010 to June 2015. Following this, they worked as Managing Director at Capita Customer Services (Germany) GmbH from July 2015 to July 2017. In 2017, they took a sabbatical from work and later joined junokai GmbH in February 2018 as an Associate Partner until March 2020. Jonas advanced within the company and became a Partner from April 2020 to May 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Principal at junokai GmbH starting from June 2021.
Jonas Leismann completed their education in Business Administration with a Diplom degree from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Diplom degree in Social Sciences from the University of Mannheim during the years 1994 to 1999.
