Markus Müller

Markus Müller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Markus is currently working as a Principal at junokai GmbH since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Management Consultant for Strategy, Operational Excellence, and Digital Transformation at junokai GmbH from June 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining junokai GmbH, Markus worked at Concardis GmbH as the SVP/European Director Operations Development from September 2019 to May 2021. Markus also held the position of Senior Management Consultant at junokai GmbH from October 2018 to August 2019.

Markus gained valuable experience at IONOS as the SVP/Global Head of Operational Excellence from October 2017 to September 2018 and as the SVP/Global Head of Cross Sectional Operations from May 2014 to September 2017.

Prior to that, Markus served as the Site Lead/Head of Customer Service (b2c & b2b) at Mobilcom-debitel GmbH/freenet group from September 2005 to April 2014. Markus started their career at debitel in July 2001, where they held the roles of Head of Training & Knowledge Management from January 2004 to August 2005 and Trainer & Coach from July 2001 to December 2003.

Markus Müller holds a degree in Jurastudium from Universität des Saarlandes and Fernuniversität Hagen. Markus also has a qualification as a Wirtschaftsmediator.
