William J. Bossi, FSA, MAAA, has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, holding various actuarial and management roles. They founded Disability Insurance Specialists, LLC in 1996 and provided strategic advice to disability carriers as an independent consultant. Bill served as SVP and CFO of Monarch Life, overseeing a $150 million disability insurance line, and was previously VP and Corporate Actuary at Connecticut Mutual. Currently, they lead Insurance Operations at Juno, a company dedicated to supporting working parents facing child illness or disability, while also serving as Founder and Partner at DIS Administrators. Bill earned their education at Carnegie Mellon University from 1974 to 1977.
