They founded and served as CEO of Binomic Systems, Inc., and held leadership roles in companies like Virgin Media and Nexage, where they drove significant growth and strategic initiatives. Currently, Ernie is active as the Founder and Principal of Acadian Partners LLC and serves as an advisor for various organizations, continuing to influence the tech and business landscapes. Ernie's education includes a BS in Controls Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and executive education from Harvard Business School.
