Stacy Laffoon

Stacy Laffoon is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the QHSE Manager at Jupiter Bach since June 2020. Previously, Laffoon held the position of General Manager of Quality at Hitachi Cable America Inc. from February 2019 to June 2020, and served as Operations Manager at Alfagomma from April 2018 to June 2020, as well as Quality Manager at ALFAGOMMA Group from January 2015 to June 2020. With a strong background in utilizing APQP and PPAP methodologies, Laffoon has effectively managed customer complaints, internal non-conformance, and quality improvement initiatives. Laffoon's extensive experience includes conducting quality audits, maintaining QMS documentation, and collaborating with production teams to enhance quality processes in line with corporate strategies. Prior to these roles, Laffoon worked as a Quality Engineer at Federal-Mogul Ignition Products from July 1996 to January 2015. Laffoon holds an Associate Degree in General Studies from Southeastern Community College in Burlington, IA.
