Scott Scharfman

Scott Scharfman is a seasoned finance and investment professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member and Advisor at Jupiter Intelligence since October 2021, Scott focuses on predicting and managing climate change risks. Previously, Scott held significant positions such as Managing Director at Mill Road Capital from 2006 to 2019 and at Robertson Stephens from 2001 to 2002. Scott also served as Chief Financial Officer at Mercata, Inc. between 2000 and 2001, Vice President at The Blackstone Group from 1991 to 1994, and Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston from 1988 to 1991. Early in career development, Scott co-founded Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) from 1982 to 1984. Scott earned an A.B. cum laude in Psychology/Neuroscience from Princeton University.
