Caleb Sima

Caleb Sima is currently a Board Member at JupiterOne. Prior to that, they were the VP of Security at Databricks from January 2019 to February 2021. Caleb has also held the position of Investor & Advisor from January 2019 to April 2020, and Managing Vice President, Cyber Security at Capital One from July 2016 to November 2017.

Sima has experience in cyber innovation and was selected by management to take on increased responsibility in both scale and scope. Caleb has led the team to a “focus on fundamentals” 2017 strategy for the entire organization. Caleb has also laid out the strategy and plan for a full stack asset, automated vulnerability identification platform going from identifying internal network assets only to a strategy to cover all layers of the stack from network to system to applications to data and external to internal.

Sima has also built out the strategy and gained funding for insider threat team which was struggling with direction and capital.
