Most law firms know they need to do something about technology and compliance. Very few know where to start — and almost none have someone inside the firm who can plan it, build it, and govern it responsibly over time.

That’s the gap we fill.

JurisIT is the automation and AI team for law firms with 5–15 fee earners across the UK and Australia. We deliver Practice Resilience® — a structured programme from technology foundations through to AI implementation.

We work on a simple principle: automation handles preparation and production. You handle the law, the advice, and the client relationship. Our systems take care of everything in between — intake forms, document generation, deadline tracking, client updates, billing chasers, compliance trails and the AI Acceptable Use Policies your PI insurer will recognise — so your lawyers spend their time on work that genuinely needs a lawyer.

We work across three pillars — Technology, Compliance and Automation — with AI Governance running across all three. Firms enter at the point of their greatest pain: a firm hit by a data breach starts with cybersecurity uplift; a firm frustrated by Actionstep pricing starts with a Clio migration; a firm whose partners are asking about AI starts with our JARI Shadow AI mini-diagnostic, which tells you who is using AI with client data, right now.

▪ Technology — practice management, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity
▪ Compliance — AI governance, AML/CTF, data protection, regulatory frameworks
▪ Automation — Power Automate, Copilot, Clio, document assembly, process digitisation

Every engagement is fixed price. Every product is independently purchasable.
