Previously, Joel served as Head of Finance at JurisTech, where responsibilities included providing financial insights for management decision-making, leading the finance team, managing day-to-day financial operations, and stakeholder management. Prior experience includes roles at Shell as a Senior Planning and Reporting Advisor and Financial Planner, among others in corporate finance and accounting across various organizations. An ACCA Fellow with a BA in Accounting and Finance from the University of the West of England, Joel has a strong background in financial monitoring, corporate strategy, and business improvement initiatives.
