Dean Chen

Dean Chen has a diverse work experience in various roles within the IT industry. In their most recent role at Jurlique, they served as the Head of Information Technology. Prior to that, at Ampol Australia, they worked as a Solutions Architect, leading the Retail ERP program and delivering the Wholesale project. Before joining Ampol, Dean worked at Michael Page as a Solutions Architect, where they led the IT portfolio transformation in the APAC region. Dean also gained experience as a Software Architect at Alibaba.com, where they led the design and delivery of the strategic Category System. Dean started their career at Augmentum, Inc. as a Technical Lead and later became a Software Development Manager, leading teams and providing end-to-end product delivery services. Dean began their career as a Java Developer at Zhongchuang Commercial Middleware. Overall, Dean's work experience spans software architecture, project management, team management, and system design and delivery.

Dean Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Central South University, which they attended from 1997 to 2000. Dean later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the National University of Defense Technology from 2001 to 2003.
