Fraser Dunk is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and the CEO and Co-Founder of Jurnii, a digital experience agency that focuses on leveraging AI tools to enhance customer engagement. Prior to Jurnii, Fraser held various roles, including Head of Global Customer Experience at DAZN and Group Head of Customer Experience at Betsson Group, where they led initiatives to improve customer strategies and user experiences. Fraser's experience also includes project management and customer insight roles at companies like EY-Seren and Betfair. Currently, Fraser is also a Customer Experience Consultant with Dunk Consulting, where they centralize design and analytics efforts across multiple brands.
