Kate Smith

Kate Smith is an accomplished retail executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Retail at Jushi Holdings Inc. since April 2025, Kate has previously held positions at Curaleaf, including Senior Vice President for the Southeast Region and Vice President of National Retail Operations. Other notable roles include Regional Operations Business Partner at Sally Beauty, Director of Stores & Operations at Bunulu, and Director of Sales & Service at SIX:02/Lady Foot Locker. Kate’s career also includes serving as District Manager at Fossil Group, Inc. and Regional Director at both Betsey Johnson and Stuart Weitzman. Kate holds a degree from Penn State University.
