Vimal Kumar

Vimal Kumar is the founder of Juspay, an innovative company established in May 2012 focused on transforming digital payments in India with an emphasis on convenience, security, traceability, and cost-effectiveness. Prior to this, Vimal served as the Chief Information Officer at BankBazaar.com from March 2008 to June 2012, a technology-centric firm providing retail banking solutions, created by the team that built Amazon. Vimal's career also includes roles as a Tech Lead and a Software Development Engineer at Amazon.com and Amazon India from 2004 to 2008, as well as an Associate at Trilogy from July 2002 to November 2004. Vimal holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai, completed between 1998 and 2002.
